The Week-in-Preview: The Sadly Short Edition

Forgive me, but I have much to do and little time to do it, so this preview will be brief.
I mentioned last week this lunchtime symposium at Penn:
“Towards an Integrated Science of Demographic Behavior: the Interplays of Alleles, Brains, and Contexts”
Monday, April 2, Noon to 1 pm
McNeil Building, 3718 Locust Walk, room 103
The title is vague enough to be interesting, and the speaker, John Hobcraft, seems to have interesting things to say about society and the genes-to-brains-to-behavior mantra that Penn is rightfully hyping. (A little boost right there from an ex-employee. Not playing favorites, just calling ‘em as I seem ‘em.)
That’s really it for this week. I have some events on the radar for next time.
Meanwhile, it might be too late for Frogwatch Training at the The Schuylkill Center, but that is something to keep an eye on in the future. On the blogroll it goes…
