Last Chance to See: Arctic/Antarctic exhibit at the Academy of Natural Science (ends 5/27)

Posted on | April 21, 2008 | Comments Off

Just a reminder, this is a very cool (ha!) exhibit, ending soon:

Don’t be left out of the cold. Ends of the Earth: From Polar Bears to Penguins takes visitors from one end of our globe to the other to explore the fascinating—and frigid—worlds of the Arctic and Antarctic through interactive exhibits and multimedia experiences. This exhibit explores the unique nature of the Earth’s polar regions, the current science being undertaken there, and the importance of these regions as indicators of climate change.

The Academy of Natural Sciences is at 1700 Ben Franklin Parkway, right by that big circle thingy. Can’t miss it, really.
