You yearned for it. You screamed for it. You rioted for it. Now its your chance to worship the World Series Trophy in person.

In honor of the start of Spring Training, The Franklin is hosting a special Phillies event this Pi Day. The events are all free with admission, but you get $2 off for bringing some (gently) used baseball equipment to donate to Pitch In For Baseball.

The 2008 World Series Championship Trophy on display at The Franklin!
Visitors are invited to pose with the trophy! (1PM-2:30PM)

The Phillies will present to Dennis Wint, President and CEO of The Franklin – an official Chase Utley jersey – to be permanently displayed in the Sports Challenge exhibit.

There will be dollar dogs and a Phanatics appearance to complete the festivities. Hey, The Franklin, how about a display on the science of Philadelphia’s hot dog launcher, built by local wiener mavens Hatfield?
