An Improbable Event at CHF 4/23

Beyond NIH — Private funding for life science research (4/1)

[ April 1, 2008; 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. ] Given the current funding stagnation, it is getting harder for researchers — especially young(er) researchers — to secure grants from traditional sources, like NIH. Increasingly, they’re turning to private foundations and individual donors for funding help.
